BIG NEWS: MEETING LOCATION CHANGE FOR JUNE AND JULY
For the months of June and July ONLY: Buckner Terrace CrimeWatch and Homeowners Meetings will be at a different location: Buckner Retirement at 4800 Samuell Boulevard. Last year the voters of Dallas passed a bond package. Fortunately, Edna Rowe will be receiving some major renovations! So, while the renovations are occurring we will be
while the renovations are occurring, we will be meeting at Buckner Retirement in the multi-purposeroom (Main Building). We so appreciate Alicia Russell and Buckner Retirement for allowing us to temporarily relocate to their location. They have been very generous to our neighborhood.
UPCOMING SPEAKERS:
MAY 25MAY 25th:: Joey Zapata Director of Code
Joey Zapata, Director of Code Enforcement will share the new changes aboutCode Enforcement. There is a new approach. He will also review some of the major/consistent areas that have been reported to Code Enforcement.
JUNE 29th: Bernadette Nutall, our DISD Trustee. We all want to know what is happening with the students, budgets and schools.
JULY 27th: New Dallas Police Chief David Brown to talk about the changes in crime fighting in Dallas and how we can better partner with DPD for best results.
